Professional Experience:
With over ten (10) years of experience within the Environmental and Social workstream for energy, water and infrastructure projects in Southern Africa, she has been involved in the management, compiling and reviewing of Environmental and Social (E&S) Impact Assessment, Environmental and Social Management Programmes and Plans, Environmental & Social Management System (ESMS) and conducting public participation by local regulatory requirements and Development Finance Institutions (DFI) finance requirements.
She is professionally registered with the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (EAPASA) and the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP).
She has worked with international finance institutions such as International Finance Corporation (IFC), African Development Bank (AFDB), New Development Bank (BRICS), Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), Dutch development bank (FMO), Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa (IDC), Investment Works (CDC), Deutsche Investitions (DEG), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC).
Again as a Senior Business Development Manager, she has successfully managed a team of experts in submitting several tenders/bids under the Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme(IPPPP) in South Africa, drawing from E&S and Economic Development (ED) experience offering developers, Engineering Procurement Contractors (EPC) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) companies valuable skill to meet their obligations.
